Fishy Food
We are excited to be working with The Cods Scallops in Sherwood and The Fish Heroes over the coming weeks to get our Year 9 students cooking with fresh fish.
Last week, Miss Burley collected fresh hake, delivered by Fastnet, to be used as our new "fish finger sandwich" recipe for the final rotation of Food.
The recipe we will be using is from The Fish Heroes, but The Cods Scallops has just posted a fantastic alternative on their instagram for a cornflake crumbed hake with Asian slaw and coriander sour cream.
After visiting The Cod’s Scallops last half term, our students are certainly looking forward to cooking with fish.
