Year 7 baking success

Year 7 demonstrated their biscuit making and decorating skills by making shortbread snowmen. Students demonstrated rubbing in, shaping and baking of biscuits and decorated them with glace icing and fondant. Some amazing year 9 food students supported the year 7 students in the sessions. The next food challenge is the technical challenge open to Year 8 and 9 students on Wednesday 15th December.
