Enrichment Cake Decorating
Students have demonstrated a range of techniques to make some amazing Halloween treats. Students made marble cupcakes which they decorated by making, colouring and piping buttercream and decorating with fondant ghosts and sprinkles. Students also learnt how to 'feather ice' to make cobweb cakes. Look out for more information on Christmas decorating courses available.
