Mindfulness

Years 7 and 8 have been focussing on mindfulness in their PSHE lessons after learning about different mental health issues. The best way to prevent mental health issues is to practice mindfulness regularly. Year 11 have also been practicing it during tutor time as this is a particularly stressful year for them! Year 8's favourite mindfulness activity was the mindful colouring!
