Please use this form to request Free School Meals for your eligible child.
A separate entry should be submitted for each child that is in receipt of a Free School Meal in your family.
Depending on your school, the Free School Meals will be provided either as a weekly hamper or daily grab bag.
The Free School Meals should be collected from school and you will receive further guidance on where and when to collect the meal in a separate email. You will need to re-register each week.
If your family is currently self-isolating or are unable to get to school, food vouchers are available in lieu of your child’s free school meal entitlement. You will need to re-register every two weeks.
This form is used to collect information regarding free school meal package registration and will only be used for this purpose. We need the information collected here to enable us to manage this process effectively. The information is for internal use only and will be stored on our internal servers. This information will be kept in line with our data retention policy.
